1. Karate Chop (KC) – Side of the hand, below pinky
2. Eyebrow (EB) – Where the eyebrow starts, near the bridge of the nose
3. Side of Eye (SE) – On the bone outside the outer corner of the eye
4. Under Eye (UE) – Just under the eye, on the bone
5. Under Nose (UN) – Between the nose and upper lip
6. Chin (CH) – Center of the chin, between lower lip and jaw
7. Collarbone (CB) – Just under the collarbone, an inch out from the center
8. Under Arm (UA) – About 4 inches below the armpit
9. Top of Head (TH) – Crown of the head, right in the center

Set a quiet space. Breathe deeply. Begin with the setup statement while tapping on the karate chop point.
✋ Setup (Karate Chop Point)
"Even though I feel anxious and overwhelmed, I deeply and completely accept myself."(Repeat 3x)
🌀 Tapping Sequence (Repeat each point while saying the phrase)
Eyebrow:
"This anxious feeling in my chest."
Side of Eye:
"It feels like too much."
Under Eye:
"I don’t know how to let this go."
Under Nose:
"I feel tight and on edge."
Chin:
"I can’t stop thinking about it."
Collarbone:
"My mind is racing."
Under Arm:
"I feel this stress in my whole body."
Top of Head:
"But maybe… I can start to release this now."
🌬️ Second Round – Shifting to Calm
Eyebrow:
"It’s safe for me to calm down."
Side of Eye:
"I’m doing the best I can."
Under Eye:
"What if I could feel more peace right now?"
Under Nose:
"Letting go of tension, breath by breath."
Chin:
"Allowing calm into my body."
Collarbone:
"Letting my nervous system relax."
Under Arm:
"Releasing the pressure I’ve been holding."
Top of Head:
"I’m choosing calm, one breath at a time."
✅ Finish with a deep breath.
